Welcome back to another edition, the latest edition of the Adam Schaefter podcast.

And before we get into Dalvin Cook and the Andre Hopkins and Stefan Diggs and all the NFL

storylines that are out there.

First, I want to say they were going to be joined today for this special Father's Day edition

of the podcast by a great father, son, combination, Ian and Noah Eagle.

Ian Eagle, it's been in the business for over 30 years, does play-by-play

for NFL games on CBS. He's the Brooklyn Nets play-by-play voice for yes, and he'll succeed

Jim Nance as the lead play-by-play announcer for CBS and Turner for the NCAA tournament starting in the spring of 2024.

As for his son, Noah, who's a rising, ascending star, Noah always wanted to follow in his father's

footsteps. He was the radio voice of the Los Angeles Clippers for the last four years.

He's done college football and basketball games for Fox,

NFL games for NFL Network, Fox and Nickelodeon, and starting the season. He will be a

play-by-play broadcaster with NBC for its newly acquired Big Ten Saturday Night package. They're

dominating the broadcast space the Eagles are, and they are the

latest, greatest father-son combination following in the steps of men like the Bucks and the Alberts

and all the great father-sum broadcasters that are out there, Ian and Noah Eagles, stars and the guests on this

week's Adam Schaefter podcast. As for the other news, as it pertains to Dalvin Cook, we have the

newest entry into the Let's Disrupt Life Department. It's a long story tradition for this NFL

insider to have that happen. We go back to

summer of 2018, a Saturday night in August when it was my mother-in-law's surprise 71th birthday

dinner in upstate New York, and we get a call as she comes to the table for her surprise 75th birthday
