I come from a military family, and I'm very proud of that fact.

And I know those of you listening who have military members in your family, I know you are very proud of that fact.

So that's why this Veterans Day, which is this coming Monday, we're going to do brag on your veteran.

That would probably be too long for a voicemail on these amazing stories of valor that are on

your family tree.

Like my great grandfather was in World War I and he got shot in both ankles and he still

marched 22 miles.

Those are the ones I want to hear.

Oh, that, yeah.

And those are, those are plentiful.

What's crazy is my dad had those stories, but because of PTSD, wasn't able to share them for the longest time.

But it wasn't until I got older that he was finally in a better place where he could share some of those stories.
