Are they still friends or did the friendship blow up after we did the texting tutor?

So we call a follow up Thursday to follow up on some Burk Show storylines.

And we had a Burst Show listener reach out to us trying to text a friend being like, hey,

love this journey for you that you want to lose weight, but I'm not feeling you pressuring me to join you.

And I remember the texting tutor did not go well. So we were wondering if it was going to

fragment the relationship or if they were going to be able to come back from it. So Mo, give us all

the details. So this was back in January and Julianne's best friend made a new year's resolution to

get healthy,

lose some weight, and a friend kept pressuring her to join her weight loss journey, but

Julianne was happy with her body. She didn't want any part of it. So we helped Julianne set

boundaries without texting tutor, but a friend responded with just a thumbs up. So the situation

escalated when Julianne's friend sent her a heavily filtered photo, making her look 20 to 30 pounds lighter with the message saying, quote, see, this is what you could look like in a few months.

End quote.

Julianne was hurt by her message and started questioning their friendship.

We advised Julianne to maintain her boundaries by not addressing the photo or weight loss requests.

And what has happened since?

Here's the update.

It says, Hibert Show. I bet you weren't expecting this, but as of today,

it's me who needs to apologize to my former best friend. I'll catch you up to speed because I do need your advice. We didn't really talk for a few days after she sent the photo of me edited

to look smaller. I was struggling on how to handle the situation.

I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I was really hurt.
