It's pretty common to hear in our culture today that it's important for us to follow our heart, which sounds good but isn't very trustworthy advice. I'm John

Well, I would say in any decision, there's two parts.

God gave us a heart and a brain. And so if we go to our heart and we identify what are we feeling, that is information that we can then take to our brain to make a full decision. Our emotions are nothing more than

this brain that we can go, okay, so what do I need to do now? So I would say one

without the other if you're functioning brain only you're in essence are
