For this series, we're talking to four women at different stages of their careers about how they handle key aspects of their business.

First up, raising money. We know that's not an easy road to navigate.

That's why we've asked Umbra Ahmed, the founder of Mazidar Bakery and a former finance executive,

Umber Ahmed. So much of business is I wish I had known, or if only I had known something that I would

have learned six months sooner or a year sooner, if I had just met this other person, I would have been able to do X, Y, Z. I feel so much of my life is that way. Yeah, that's the long title of my life story, basically. All right, so tell us who you are and where you're from. My name is Umbra Amma. I'm the founder of Mazathar Bakery here in New York City. they can't believe it. I

certainly hope that. I wrote down a lot of it. I mean, you went to MIT. I did. You went to the

University of Pennsylvania. The Wharton School for my MBA. You fly planes. I do. You play violin.

I do. You worked at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.

I did, yeah.
