Summary

Remember those tin cans you’d play with your friends as kids? Here’s a new podcasting experiment, where we tape a podcast live on location with queer Latinx studies professor Larry LaFountain, who’s best known to Feast of Fun listeners as Lola Von Miramar, the first drag queen to in our Cooking with Drag Queens video series.

This fall marks the 10 year anniversary of Cooking with Drag Queens, the oddball cooking show that helped inspire so many wonderful videos and introduced many of the world’s top drag queens to the mainstream: Trixie Mattel, Kim Chi, Bob the Drag Queen, Katya Zamolodchikova, The Vixen, Cynthia Lee Fontaine, April Carrión, Milk, Kelly Mantle, and so many more.
