Michelle McKinney. Michelle defines herself is a dream architect and her goal is to help women design, construct, and bring their dreams to life.

She's also a fellow adoptive mom. She recently adopted her daughter from

Ethiopia a few years ago,

and I loved getting to hear her family's stories.

Michelle is all about helping people to push past fear

to see and create a bolder vision for themselves in their work by sparking ideas

and lighting those inner fires that are simmered deep down. I learned a lot from our

interview and I think you're going to be encouraged to really define your dreams,

write it down, and then also find a dream defender, those people who can surround you when maybe other people don't quite get,

why that's a dream of yours. Her conversation today gave me a lot of courage. She's
