My thoughts are that this episode is always the most important episode of a series because when you reflect on what

worked well throughout your week and what didn't work so well, areas where you need

to improve, you gain an awareness of how you live your life. And so this is one of the best ways to recapture your focus.

As you go back and reflect over your week, consider the highlights of your

week. Those moments that stand out. When we come to the end of just about any

week, there are things that we may have trouble letting go of, thoughts, emotions, that we experience

throughout the week.

And the tendency is to carry those with us week after week even month after month or even year after year. And so when you allow yourself to reflect over your week, you lay

to rest those worries, cares, and concerns that you begin to realize often don't matter so much.
