For 2024 I have decided that I need to focus more right so over the last few years I've tried multiple things. I got into a little bit of like

crypto and NFT stuff. I got into the Airbnb stuff. I got into drop shipping for a little bit I got into flipping houses and all these things and

what I've come to realize is that for me I believe that real estate is tried and true and it will work. I know Flipping

houses works for me so I am just going to focus. So no more side hustles, no more passive income, no more things to make money on the side. I am going all in on real estate. I'm going all in on

social media. So I believe that social media is going to be a long-term play.

I don't think I'm going to get rich in 2024 from social media.

But I do believe that social media will feed my real estate business and that's the goal.

So the goal is to grow my personal brand so I could raise money so I could partner so I can make relationships that will turn into deals

on the real estate side.

So it's almost like a marketing, right?

So instead of cold calling, mail that stuff I believe that social media is

going to be my marketing for my real estate career so big word for me for

2024 is going to be discipline, discipline and focus.

I'm focused on two things on the business side.

Number one, real estate, number two, social media.

And then, of course, actually, number three,

wealthy investor.

So I'm going back into coaching the students one-on-one

in wealthy investor. If you're not a part of wealthy investor, if you don't know what

wealthy investor is, it's a coaching program where we teach people how to

flip houses wholesale and buy rentals and I run it with Ryan Panata. We have about a

thousand students and over the last year I've been really focused on the sales, the marketing, the operations, all that stuff.
