What's up guys, Alex here outside of Target.

I was thinking about when I was younger, when I first started driving,

I would park as close to the entrance of Target as possible,

so I'd only have to walk a little bit.

Now that I'm a dad and I got six kids, we park as far away as possible.

It's mainly because, like, when I was alone,

I wasn't worried about getting hit by a car,

stepping out into the middle of the aisle or hitting someone's car door by swinging open

my door.

But now with kids, I have to worry about that.

Like they've gotten really close to like swinging the door open and hitting someone's car

or running out as soon as their seatbelt gets off and getting almost hit by a car. And so we park far away. But what's cool about that is I realize,

now that I park far away, I'm exercising more. I'm walking a lot longer to get to the store.

When I was inward focus and living for myself, living alone before I met Lockelaani, before I had kids,

I wasn't living very healthy. I would park as close to the store as possible.

What's happened?

I've realized that the more selfish I live,

the more inward focus I live,

the less healthy I live, like physically and spiritually.

But I'm very inward focus.

I make these like natural, like,

uh, like just knee jerk decisions that are unhealthy.
