1:11.3	So, I mean, the speakers were just incredible.
1:14.0	So we had Luke Run there, which was talking a lot about, you know, taking ownership and
1:19.3	taking life by the horns and really investing in yourself.
1:24.1	That was huge.
1:25.2	It Pace Morby there who was talking a lot about creative financing
1:29.5	and how to deal structure and so forth. Just some incredible names, some incredible leaders in the
1:36.2	industry, which was very beneficial to hear from them to learn. And then the networking is just
1:42.3	out of control, just some of the best networking.
1:45.5	You guys have built up a community full of people that just want to uplift each other and build each other's skills and create relationships.
1:55.0	There's no egos here.
1:56.3	It's just an awesome, awesome community.
