| 0:23.6 | Okay. So at the time of recording this, I'm coming off about a month of travel. We spent a few weeks in New York visiting family, and then we spent some time abroad with friends for about a week. |

| 1:00.0 | I usually have two chunks where I scale back a little bit over the summer and at the end of the year when we're with family. |
| 1:08.0 | But the winter break is often a little more tricky for me |
| 1:13.7 | because I really like the new year. It's where I kind of do a reset, an audit of the past year, |
| 1:21.8 | and start to welcome in some energy for where I want to focus my attention in the new year. And so usually when I am |
| 1:31.2 | taking time away with family, I do my best to be present, but also in the background of my mind, |
| 1:35.6 | I'm just thinking through what is trying to come through. And given that we were away for a longer |
| 1:41.9 | chunk of time, now that we have a baby, we try to spend more time with family. |
| 1:47.1 | I just found myself away from work for a longer stretch and not having as much of an ability to put some of my ideas into action. |
| 1:59.0 | And when we came back, I just felt this swirly, soupy energy. I felt a little bit more dull. |
| 2:08.2 | I felt kind of scattered internally. I felt disorganized and restless. And it came up as this |
| 2:17.1 | like low grade stress. And I was noticing it specifically |
| 2:21.8 | in relationship to child care with our son, because I'm very involved in the child care in |
| 2:29.5 | addition to working. And Brianna works as well. And I would notice when it was you know time for me to do let's |
| 2:36.9 | just call it a shift or spend some time with the baby there was a little more resistance to it and then |
| 2:43.7 | I felt this um kind of impulse that like no I have to get things done to go back in my computer I need to |
| 2:50.7 | work and it was interesting because that need to work. And it was |
