The government is part of Boris Johnson's announcements day on various things getting

people on the housing level and that sort of thing. One of the things they're going to

do is looking at doing more so that places with lots of second homes can use poverty council

tax to try and dissuade the Michael Gove was on time fairly this morning. He said he
