Folks, if you haven't heard, we have started providing virtual effective manager conferences.

We've already had two of them, they've been sold out. I think we started the third one now on the website. We'll be starting one about every week. There are a series of two to three hour virtual sessions limited to 30 people using Zoom. We've already gotten great

responses from people in the sessions that have started. Our net promoter scores are
