And we were just talking about the fact that this is your first interview regarding your blog and all of your amazing achievements. And I have been excited about the idea of having you on the show. So thank you so much for joining me today. It's just a pleasure to be here. Thank you for having me. Absolutely. Now, I have had a chance to check you out. And I know that, you know, dealing with weight issues has been something that you've dealt with quite a bit in your life.

So would you kind of take us back in time to when your weight actually did become an issue for you?

My weight became an issue for me pretty early in life.

I would say by the time I was 10 years old, I was overweight, chubby.

My dad liked to call me his husky girl, which I'm still not completely recovered from,

I went on my first diet when I was 13 and spent the summer, subsisting on cottage cheese

and fruit and vegetables and lost weight.

And from there, I just continued to struggle with body image and yo-yo dieted my way through
