Now today I want to finish up that recent podcast series I've been doing on hip pain by talking

about lateral hip pain. Now, if you remember back

to last week in episode 30, I talked about the common injury of Pyriformis syndrome. Now, obviously,

that creates a lot of pain in the back side of the hip, deeper under the bigger glute muscles.

Today, however, we're going to move on to the lateral side of the hip. So this is lateral hip pain.

Now, when we start talking about lateral hip pain, let's first talk about how does it present.

Now lateral hip pain usually isn't just something that happens overnight.

Don't just wake up all of a sudden and boom, your lateral hip starts hurting.
