In my effort to help as many people as I can, I talk every single day to people over email,

over DM, trying to help them with their technique, with whatever fixes they need to help,

decrease the aches and pains that are common with lifting weights. But I can only help as many

people as I can. I can't get to everyone. You know, I'm working 40, 50 hours a week, seeing

patients as a physical therapist at boost physical therapy, you know, trying to do my own

training and then also spend time, create a good work-life balance so I can also spend quality time with my friends

and family. So because I cannot effectively help as many people as I would like every single day,

I've created the Squat You Club and here's what it is. It's a daily contest, basically. Every single day,

I post a new piece of content. As soon as I post that content for the day, the post on
