what's your training like? So we have all these follow-up questions that we need to

tracking macros should I be in eating intuitively should I be high carb low carb all

of these things are it depends and I figured why not actually break down people's

diets live and show you the thought process and how we create prescriptions

how do we create better adherence and consistency and you know as somebody that

runs a nutrition coaching company that is and not to do I'm gonna tune our own horns right now, but like we have some of the best

compliance numbers in the business, like our clients stay consistent and they do it in a way that feels more effortless and more enjoyable for

the simple fact that we understand the individual.
