Summary

Some say it will be today, some say tomorrow or Thursday or next week, but whatever the case, it appears an indictment of former President Donald Trump is imminent. It won't come from a local prosecutor in Georgia and focus on Trump's efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election, as many had expected. It won't come from the Justice Department and concern the classified documents matter or Jan. 6. Instead, it will come from another local prosecutor, New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
