Welcome to the CLS experience. I'm your host, Craig Siegel. I'm a born and raised New Yorker

And that's just that. You'll be surprised even today, maybe after this call, how when you make a decision,

it's so powerful and liberating. It's like a monkey off your back. Right. So like for this isn't,

this is just straight off the cuff. Like I've been running, but I wasn't necessarily training for something.

But, you know, for me, fitness is a 365 day, a year thing.

And I decided that I was going to run the Brooklyn half marathon, which is in like 10 days.

And so when I made that decision last week, I was going to run the Brooklyn Half Marathon, which is in like 10 days.

And so when I made that decision last week, all of a sudden it was like, okay, great.

Now there's no more procrastination thinking, what should I do?

I just decided that I'm running it.

And for me personally, I live by this expression or mantra, do a thing, do it well. I don't just do stuff to do stuff. Like, I want to do great, right? Otherwise, like, what's the point? In my head,

I'm a little nuts, but I want to do great. I want to be the best that I can be with everything I do.

Like, I want this to be the best membership call ever. So as soon as I made that decision that I was going to run the Brooklyn half, I made a training
