Have you ever thought about what would happen if you needed to take a step back from your business? Do you have SOPs or any operational documents that could help if someone needed to take over? If you answered "no" to either of these questions (or both!), don't miss today's episode. 0:26.7

from the boutique hub, and I can't wait to chat. Okay, honest question, what happens if you get

0:37.4

hit by a bus tomorrow?

1:32.3

foundation. So for me, that's the bus rule. So a couple of ways I want you to think about this in

1:36.8

your business. The bus rule. Do you have an operational plan? Do you have an operational document

1:42.8

of any kind? Where is it? Who has access to it and

1:45.5

what's inside of it? Instead of retail boot camp, this is one of the very first things we do with businesses.
