Got a little bit of a mystery here as I'm out.

Temperatures I think are a little bit above normal for this time of year.

Skies are partly cloudy, and I've never fully understood

the definition of partly cloudy or partly sunny.

Is it a percentage?

Right now, it feels like there's more clouds

than clear sky, but it doesn't look threatening.

Anyhow, the mystery is, I left the house.

My first reaction was, okay, this feels nice.

It's going to be a nice morning, nice morning for a walk.

I leave the neighborhood, and then I turn on to another street and the sidewalk is wet.

And the street is dry, the sidewalk is wet.

Was there like a little cloud burst right above that area?

Did someone in the middle of the night come out with a hose and hose it down?

I don't know.

Like I said, a little bit of a mystery.

Not fully comprehending why that stretch of sidewalk was wet and everything else appears to be dry.
