some pretty good change over there in the UK. Of course, the change is never enough when it

comes to spreading the primal and paleo lifestyle. but we're going to keep doing that with this show

and hope that we breach into a bigger wave of people

When you look at the rate of unhappiness with people around you,

and then you start to learn facts about serotonin being produced in the gut versus the brain,

or at least being produced in the gut in larger amounts than the brain. And you realize that all

these people are just running around like crazy people because they have gut problems because they

don't simply eat a primal lifestyle or a paleo diet template at least.

And when you do get your gut health in order,

you can actually function better, think better, and be happy.
