Hey everyone, it's Adrienne here. I hope you're all having a great week and enjoying the summer.

Personally, I am having a busy time at the moment, but there is lots of good things happening right now.

The Euros has started, which is very exciting in our house.

And I think regardless of whether you're a football fan or not, personally, I'm not usually a football fan,

but whenever there's a tournament,

whenever you can watch live sport and get behind a team, I just think that it is really

exciting and it's definitely been a main feature in our house this week.

Also, lots of celebration in my house because my son turned 13, which feels like such

a milestone and it's kind of wild to think that I now

have a teenager living in the house. A few weeks until Wimbledon kicks off. I cannot weigh. I am fully

in my tennis era at the moment. And I'm going to Wimbledon actually next week to an event hosted by

Evian. And I just cannot wait to be there. I've only been to

Wimbledon once before and I love tennis. As I said, having tennis lessons over the last year,

getting into my tennis era. So I'm loving that. It's such a fantastic summer of sports. Of course,

at the end of July, the Olympics kicks off in Paris. And over the years on this show,

I have interviewed many athletes and some of them will be competing at the 2024 Paris Olympic

Games. So I'll be following their journeys. It's just a brilliant summer. It's such a

brilliant summer of sport. And I'm even going to Glastonbury for the very first time. I cannot

wait. It is all happening. So power hour brand new episodes coming very soon. The second of July,

mark your calendars. Second of July, new series kicks off. And I've got a wonderful lineup of guests.

We're going to be talking about entrepreneurship, endurance sport,

productivity, nutrition, finance, so many things coming up in July on this show. But for now,
