Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013, and I still take an intentional

fitness walk every single day. I'm walking right now, and I would love to have you join me for

the next 10 minutes. Do you ever look at others, what others are doing for exercise and feel less than.

You know, the reality is there's always going to be someone,

and for most of us, there's always going to be a lot of some ones

who are pursuing exercise and fitness and are doing more than we are,

perhaps even far more.

I know I felt that.

I used to feel it intensely when I was going to the gym and doing the strength training.

And of course, I was surrounded by men and women who clearly were lifting more than I was

and considering their physique had been doing it a lot longer and I found that very intimidating

to the point that it really robbed me of any enjoyment that I could have had at the

gym and I think ultimately doomed going to the gym is a regular form of exercise for me. I just had a

real hard time with the fitness comparison because I wasn't measuring up in my mind.

I have a friend, again, this is a gym experience,

and her gym offered some really fun classes,

classes that were on paper appealing to her

in terms of the activities involved, but she had a hard time doing
