0:14.3 | Today on the exam room. My breakfast used to be a dozen eggs, a bowl of oats and blueberries and peanut butter. I was eating three chicken breasts every two hours for five meals a day with rice and broccoli, the traditional bro bodybuilding type of diet. To the next day when I went vegan it was |
0:19.6 | a bowl of frozen blueberries, dates, and bananas. That was my transition, it was instant to eating vegan. |
