We have Dustin from Mountain Tough. And if you don't know what Mountain Tough is,

Mountain Tough was when I first found out about Mountain Tough. It was a gym,

kind of like a CrossFit gym or another functional training gym in Bozeman, Montana. I used to go there with my son

when I would go visit him at college at Montana State University. We would go to the 5 a.m. class.

And it was really great. It was very similar to the training that I do at home and very similar

to a lot of the other training that I've done when I'm visiting

gyms, but it has kind of an angle towards the mountain athlete, an athlete that wants to go into

the backcountry specifically for hunting, primarily, elk hunting, sheep hunting.

These are activities that are incredibly difficult when you combine the altitude and the terrain

and what you're having to do carrying a heavy pack either in or out of the mountains.

Then you add the weather and that you are going after a wild animal that

does not want you to go after them. It's a very, very difficult pursuit and your physical

condition is probably the most important thing. Mountain Tough specializes in that. And Dustin is the man in charge, and he started this out,
