And for those of you who don't know what Fishbowl is a brief history lesson, when I was at Brown

in residency, when we learned group therapy, we would take a break halfway through the group

therapy session, and the group therapist would go in the middle of the circle.

All the patients would move outside, and then we would have an in-depth discussion about

what was happening with the patients,

what they were talking about, what they weren't, what they were avoiding, what dynamics were happening.

And it was sort of a way for the group members to see the inner workings of our therapeutic musings.
