Welcome back to another exhilarating episode of the Food and Session podcast. I'm Emily Fressela and I'm here in my beautiful co-host, Mindy, hi Mindy. Hi, Emily. You guys know us. So I don't think I'm going to go into the whole like spiel we usually do. But what I would like to make note of is, so we just got done with a photo shoot. And it was nice and not a million degrees outside.

This is an a verbal disclaimer of do as we say, not as we do. Hey, this is all part of being a balance person. Having a balanced lifestyle. But is it considered balance when it's the first thing I've eaten all day. So we are accompanied. We have diet Coke's from Chick-fil-A because they have the good fish ice. We always called the fish ice because it looks like fish food that we used to feed our catfish growing up on the farm. Basically crushed ice.

Crushed ice. Yeah. So, but it's crushed ice can be sloppy. These are like little pellets.

Okay. So we have our Diet Coke from Chick-fil-A. This is how what a team effort, Mindy and I are. We split up from the photo shoot.

I go through Chick-fil-A drive-thru to get us our drinks.
