Professor, a very good evening to you, you've written in defining ideas your thoughts about the limits of freedom of speech and when speech

is used as an explanation for misconduct.

I quote from the President's remarks following some of the bad nights, maybe they're

more ahead unknown.

Destroying property, said Mr. Biden, is not a peaceful protest.

It's against the law. Vandalism, trespassing, breaking windows, shutting

down campuses, forcing the cancellation of classes and graduations. None of this is peaceful

protests.

Threatening people, intimidating people, instilling fear in people, is not peaceful

protest.
