In this episode, we start walking through the actual Heroic Journey 2.0 circle quadrant thing,

and we start looking at how this new way of understanding the heroic journey can really help you understand your story and

how to tell the story better. We also reference an infographic and so I'm going to put that

in the show notes for this episode so you can see that to reference what Sean is talking about

in this. But anyway, it's a really great episode. We're going to spend a couple

weeks of going through the heroic journey and talking about it. And so this is the first one to

really dive into the nitty gritty. So I hope you enjoy it. So let's jump in and get started.

So Sean, last week we started talking through, well, the last couple of weeks we've kind of approached this Heroes Journey 2.0 thing.

And last week we talked through just the importance of looking at Campbell's work and Young's work.

And then where this is kind of looking at both of

those and putting you know kind of new glasses on the whole thing and when I went back I've

been going back through the Heroes Journey 2.0 content for the course that'll come out in

December but you know you have kind of maintain content for the course that will come out in December.

But you have kind of the main thing is this in this big circle infographic with four quadrants.

Could you just, that's kind of the central piece of it.

Could you just kind of tell me a little bit about what that is and how it

helps us understand what you're trying to teach here? Sure. Okay, so the four quadrants and the circle

comes from, let me just start at the fundamentals. So let's start with the line that goes north-south.
