I mean, as if anyone's wearing pants with buttons at this point,

I mean, my God, I wasn't doing that before the quarantine,

I'm certainly not doing it now.

So let's just get in our best comfiest leggings, roll our shoulders back, relax our jaw,

kind of shake our arms out, think about relaxing the inside of our ears, taking our tongue from the roof of our mouth and just
