Hey, everybody. It's Chris. It's May. It's Mental Health Awareness Month. I want to let you know,

we're doing something cool with the show throughout May. Basically, I've been working with my friends

at Wellness Together, a nonprofit organization. I've been interviewing people for the past few months.

They're all people who are having very

interesting, unique conversations about mental health. And they're all people who are doing their

part. And conversations about my mental health and your mental health have been a big part

of Beautiful Anonymous. So throughout the month, we're going to be airing some of the five-minute

versions of these conversations.

I really hope you enjoy them.

There's other podcasts all over the place that have agreed to help us distribute these conversations
