The opportunity to leverage a lot and do a lot is there if my mindset for more comfortable with it.

Ebony, is the gender pay gap real? Is it a thing? Of course it's real. There's no doubt

0:14.9

generationally where women have been in history that there's an issue around finance and funding

0:21.2

for women and historically women have got less. However, from my perspective as well being a

0:27.8

woman who hasn't had children have stayed in the working game longer and there's a lot of stats

0:32.1

around this. If you're in the game in those ages 30 to 40 actually the gap significantly

0:38.8

shuts. So I think women are disadvantaged when they end up sometimes having to come out of work

0:43.4

and also with the historical problem. So yes, it's real. It varies for different people depending

0:48.2

on life circumstances but it's something that is improving. Because I thought I'd be fun to have

0:53.5

a look at the top only fans earners. They're ain't no men making money. I think Black China does

1:02.2

21 million a month. It's just 250 million a year. Top 10. By the way, I want to talk about it because

1:10.6

I said to you before I've never actually talked about this. In thousand odd episodes I haven't

1:14.9

talked about this. But I guess my point is all the top only fans for women because clearly there's

1:23.0

more value to men to consume that content. So is it that in some industries or areas women

1:31.0

have more value and in others men have more value or are paid more depending on industry or area?

1:36.6

I like where you've gone with it. There's a few things I thought so one social media I think has

1:40.5

changed the game full stop because it's just removed any barrier or hierarchy or someone in a

1:45.3

position of power being able to tell you what you can do. So if a woman sets up her only fans,

1:49.6

if she's attractive it will help. There's no doubt about that. But you know if a woman sets up

1:55.1

something which is not determined by somebody else deciding where or where they can't get in it,

2:00.8

they have freedom. And so I do think that in the modern generation there are way more opportunities

2:05.8

to break that which didn't exist in old school. It didn't exist in male dominated environments
