taught by John Previs, visiting professor at University of South Florida, Sarasota Manatee. All right, gentlemen, this afternoon we're going to be looking at the ten amendments

to the Constitution, which are called collectively the Bill of Rights.

It's the third part of the Constitution.

And gentlemen, the Bill of Rights is unquestionably the shining beacon in a world of darkness.
