Hello everyone. Thank you very much for joining us and welcome to Firing Range, a

podcast to talk about all things Destiny Weapons

abilities, loadouts, and the sandbox at large. And before we begin the show

tonight, we would like to share a statement from all of us here at the firing range podcast and DCP as a whole.

We would like to acknowledge those in this country and around the world who have

struggled and continue to struggle living their lives in an unbalanced system.

Yes, this is a video game podcast. So why should we quote, go out of our lane?

The fact that we have the ability to remain in our lane is a privilege in itself and it's important that we understand that there are

entire communities out in the world who are unable to get out of the struggles in

their lane struggles that we cannot ignore. All of us here collectively feel that to not

comment on the continuing imbalance apparent in the justice system would be akin

to turning a blind eye, and that is something that none of us are comfortable with.

As we recognize those who are struggling to make their voices heard, we know that it's within our ability

to amplify their voices so more people out there can both hear and understand their message. If you would like to learn more including how to contribute

financially to an important cause or to sign your name to an important petition,

you can visit any number of organizations or sites including Black Lives Matter.com,

Anti-Racism Center.com, ACLU.org, and so many others that you can find online by simply reaching out,

getting involved, or beginning a dialogue.

We ask you to please continue sharing any resources that you find valuable to reach out to others to have a discussion and to learn from one another.

And gentlemen, I want to say thank you for all of us coming together

to put our thoughts to paper.
