question I get or I ask rather almost immediately when I meet someone for the show.

Typically I can figure my way out around a name,

bass shore and everything on the shore. Okay so it's it I don't know what order these

are going to go up in but this is somewhat of an historic

episode because this is the last one I'm recording in the run of fireside chats but I

don't know what order does it will no pressure no pressure at all

You reached out to me a little while ago to talk about, well let me just throw back to you.

What did you reach out to me about?

Sure. So basically about how the process by which corporations recruit at universities and kind of the target recruiting model as a whole and really how that ties to this kind of idea I have about what I call

soft knowledge. Like a lot of what you do in life comes down to hard knowledge, say you go to college, you study

computer science, like in theory you go that's great you get a 4.0 you go work at Google but in reality there's a lot more to it. It's a lot about how you

navigate the interview processes, how you get referrals, how you navigate your early career,

how you find the rules with the right trajectory, etc. And just, I do a lot of blogging

...
