All right, so let's dive on into it.

So if you didn't listen to the last normal episode of the podcast, we talked about how we're going

to start some more just short-term short form fun content where you know I'm sure

fitness stuff will come up but that's not you know that that's not the purpose of it it's mostly just two buddies chatting about

random stuff so I put out on social media hey hit us with your questions the more out of

left field the better apparently out of left field the better.

Apparently out of left field to most of our audience

means fitness questions, specifically,

how do I work out without a gym?

If that is something that interests you, we just put an article up on the website

that you can check out, but we were looking for non- Fitness related questions.

So quite a few did come in. We're going to

bring them up. We're going to chat about them. And let's see how it goes. I will say

it was very disappointing. Some of those out of left field questions were word for word questions

that are asked on the normal Q&A. And like I think it's the same people who are just like,

cool, another avenue for my question. Yeah, which is fine, like I get it,
