Let go of all distracting thoughts as you rest your head on the pillow and pull the soft covers

around you focus your mind on the Lord tonight invite the Holy Spirit to be with you ask him to guard you as you fall asleep

and feel his presence cover you like a warm blanket safe and secure take another deep breath in

in exhale rest peacefully in the stillness of the room and in the protective arms of the

Father as I pray over you tonight Heavenly Father thank you for your presence here.

Thank you for covering your beloved one in peace.

The perfect peace that is found only in you.

In your presence, Lord, we find true rest I pray for this listener tonight and whatever they're

going through you will be with them please assure them of your love and your constant presence remind them father that

even in the darkest of nights your son jesus is the light that guides them please fill them with the light of your son that they in turn

would shine his light in a dark world thank you heavenly father for your peace and

blessing over your child tonight it is in the precious name of your son

Jesus I pray amen if you've ever been in the forest or a warm summer's night perhaps camping with friends and

family you may have had the unique experience of seeing fireflies flickering across the night

sky these tiny creatures also known as

lightning bugs have intrigued people of all ages for centuries children have spent

hours chasing them catching them and observing them through glass jars.

Adults have been equally intrigued by them, pondering the firefly's amazing ability to spark light through a process called bioluminescence.
