And Brent, I am so excited to talk about this because some people love the idea of fire.

And some people hate the idea of fire. What I think is interesting,

no matter where you fall on that spectrum, there are some wonderful lessons that we can learn.

some nuggets you're going to be able to take away. I think we've been given a bad rap in the past because we've covered a lot of fire

content. And Bo, you specifically have taken some wrath. Because you've expressed some concerns

about this whole retire early, not necessarily financial independence. And that's why when we found

out about the fine movement, which means financial independence next endeavor, it really, you know,

lit us up because we're like, that's exactly, I think this is where we all have common ground.

I think what fire movement, fine movement, everybody's trying to capture the point

where if we can live a disciplined life, live, you know, in a way that most Americans are not

willing and own our life that much sooner, that's healthy. And we want to kind of encourage that,

and I even want to kind of share some of the things that I think anybody can put into play

with their portfolio, with their retirement and planning. And that's what we're going to cover today.

So for those of you that are maybe brand new to this, or maybe you're not familiar with the

vocabulary, the fire movement is simply a movement that stands for financial independence retire early. It's this

idea of I want to reach financial independence on my terms, sooner than maybe the traditional

normal working career. And you maybe have even heard some different versions of this. Maybe

you've heard of Coast FI or Fat Fire or Lean Fire or just regular fire.
