Best Buy, the largest U.S electronics retailer, saying fourth quarter profit fell 7.7% as weak demand for phones and tablets heard sales.

Its forecast for the first quarter missed analyst estimates and its shares are down 3%

this morning.

Toronto Dominion Banks said fiscal first quarter profit rose 7.9% on gains in its Canadian and

U.S. retail businesses.

The lender raising its quarterly dividends, 7.8% of 55 cents a share.
