For example, I went to Kansas City and I went to the site where the thank you Walt Disney folks have been working on

the restoration of the

Laufagram studios and I want to say the state of

Kansas gave them a two million dollar grant and

Boy, they hit the ground running. They had construction folks in their stabilizing the building because that was the initial concern was

The building was in such poor condition just keeping the outside walls up was a challenge

But they've since done that and they were focusing in there readying again

We're for the next phase of work and the actual studio where Walton of worked is up on the second floor

In a building that was about to fall down that gets a little interesting to to try to

You know, you have to fix the bottom before you can get to the second floor

But it's a classic old brick building. It's a it's a neighborhood that's in the middle of

Kind of being gentrified. I want to say 33rd Street

You're gonna be really really interesting a couple of years down the line to see who both

What the thank you Walt Disney folks can do with this because they want to have it as an education space as well as sort of a museum exhibit and

Given that the very next day to we drove all the way out to Marcellina did the Walt Disney hometown museum

Which was in the they put in the Santa Fe train station that I get it

In fact, then the very nice little lady who led Nate's in around the building
