We take our community very seriously.

It's called up in the force, and we really try to be there for them.

And I can probably name our top 50 customers off the top of my head.

We have a private group just for collectors where people share photos of the hats

which they just got. There's a very active buying and trading and selling community in there.

And we really try to, you know, one of our taglines is we're friends that just passed

and we got your back for life. So we really, you know, we stand by that. And as a result,

we have some pretty dedicated lifelong fans there's now over like

20 maybe 30 people who have our tattoos on them you know we have people that we have again

have probably same amount of people that have over 100 hats from us we have a um a subscription program

for a hat of the month we're making a new hat each month.

So that alone is a pretty big piece of it, just this fact that we're very there for, you know, our community.

And in that group of collectors, I'm in there every single day personally responding to people,

answering questions, you know, posting threads that are

just like general discussions that might have been had related. So we're building more than just,

you know, a brand to a customer relationship. It's really like they, you know, look at us as friends.

And I mean, we are friends, actually. Definitely, you know, there's all levels of a healthy and interesting

relationship between our customers and the community that's in there. So we have, uh,
