How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we work together to

raise our vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. In this episode,

we're going to talk about how you can see the steps in front of

you that lead to your growth, that lead to the ultimate desire that you have so that way you

don't miss them and you can stay on track to achieve your highest potential. But before we get

started, we're going to take a few moments so we can slow down, collect ourselves, and zero in so that way we can manifest what we want to manifest so that we're going to take a few moments so where we can slow down, collect ourselves,

as you listen to this podcast, you'll be able to see them, understand them, and then apply them

to your life. So we're going to take a meditation breath. And when we do this breath, you're going to pick a simple word that represents the frequency that you want to be in. I'm going to pick the word abundance because that is something that I am working for, that is something I want, that is something I want to give. And then you pick a word of a frequency of something that you desire, that you want to be in, and that you want to be able to give to others as well. It could be joy. It could be happiness. It could be discipline. It could be anything that comes to mind that you think will make the world a better place when you are in that frequency. So when we breathe in, we're going to say that word and over and over, really fill ourselves up with that frequency. And then as we hold our breath, you're gonna visualize yourself doing something in that vibration. And as you breathe out, anything that does not serve that, anything that does not represent that, is gonna leave you, and you're to be left ready to conquer the day.

So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in.
