It is podcast day.

We're back for another episode.

Do you guys like that little jingle, the little song I

chose for my intro? It's kind of funny. It's actually called Stegosaurus, something or other,

which is hilarious to me because my son, my 10-year-old son, is obsessed, obsessed with dinosaurs. So when I told him that the intro song I picked for my son, my 10-year-old son, um, is obsessed, obsessed with dinosaurs. So when I told him that the

intro song I picked for my podcast was named Stegosaurus, like why would that song be named

that? It makes zero sense to me. Anyway, when I told him that, he was just thrilled. He thought

it was the best thing ever. And I am taking it as a token of good luck

because it reminds me of him every time I hear it and wonder why it's called stigasaurus.

Anyway, you guys, today's episode is a good one. I have Life Coach, Jess Todrick. We're sitting down

for just a real candid conversation about all kinds of things,

goal setting, figuring out your life purpose, your identity. We're talking about faith. Like,

we kind of touch on a few different things. Just has been a life coach now for several years. I feel like she has a lot

of great advice. And she's somebody that many of you even requested that I have on the podcast.

I put up this little stories box over on Instagram a while back. It's not a stories box,

a question box on stories, you know, asking, hey, who would you like to see on the podcast?

And I had several people request Jess. So I know, you know, a lot of you out there know who she is.

I will link all of her info in the show notes, but like I said, she is a life coach, public speaker.

She has her own podcast. She's just an incredible human being. And I had such a fun

time talking with her. Now, I will tell you, little disclaimer here. And I'm very frustrated by this.
