It's a big question, it's a deep question, it's a question that I get a lot from people

of all ages, surprisingly, not just people who are young, it's a question that a lot

of young people think about, what is my life purpose, what am I supposed to do with my

life.

It's for common thoughts and questions to ask when you're a teenager and you're 20s,

but even later, 30s, 40s, 50s, sometimes you know, people have what's called a midlife

crisis and they're in the middle of their life and they realize they have not lived their

life with a purpose, right?

They just kind of followed with everyone else told them to do and they're not happy and

they start kind of waking up and they realize, I still have time, I need to do something.

So life purpose, it's a very big, deep question, so we're going to talk about that, a how

to find your life purpose because there are a few steps for this, okay, and as we will

talk about today, I'd say there are two levels when we talk about life purpose, the very

deep level, which is the most important and then a more shallow or practical or material

level, which has some importance too, but it's the one that people focus on too much.

We need to focus on the deepest level first and that's what we'll talk about today.
