My name is Kisonga and it's a glorious Tuesday.

I wanted to use this Tuesday as an opportunity to introduce a new series I'll be doing

called Mindful Moments.

For me, a mindful moment is a moment where your mind, emotions, and body are in synchrony with each other.

And for sure, they can involve the full spectrum of

stressful moments and also joyous ones. For the purpose of these episodes, I'll be focusing on

positive mindful moments, those moments in life where we're happy and content, a moment where we have a sense of well-being and peace.

And this mindful moment can be connected to a specific situation or event,

a person that evokes this feeling, or a place that makes us feel this way.
