Words contain truth, energy and knowledge. It’s important to understand and master the choice of words you use when you have a conversation with yourself. The reason being, is those words will create a thought which then creates an emotion, ultimately dictating your daily actions. You are as smart as your vocabulary and the intelligence you have with yourself when speaking internally is absolutely critical.
