one week away as we're recording this. And so felt like a great time to do our annual

crowdsourced mock draft, putting all you geniuses together on one app, the old birdie app,

and seen if you can come up with the best possible mock draft for the Patriots.

We're going to run through that thing really quickly.

We're going to talk about our best defensive fits based on the 1990s scouting report notes that Daniel Jeremiah unveiled for us

just a few years ago when Bill Belichick was back with the Browns. Danes Jeremiah used to work

for the Ravens. Obviously the Browns became the Ravens. There's a little bit of overlap there.

He never worked for Bill Belichick, but he came across these notes from a scout who did.

And Bill Belichick lays out his wish list for players and prospects at every single position offensively and defensively.

So we'll hit you with the fits on the defensive side of things.

You might be surprised.

Some of the traits that Bill Belichick's looking for,

I don't think have changed all that much since the early 90s when he was in Cleveland.

So we'll hit you with the best fits according to those descriptions from Bill Belichick.

And then we're going to bring on our friend Eric Froton from NBC Sports.

He is all over all things draft.

And he is specifically incredibly knowledgeable on these prospects

that we're going to be talking about on day three of the draft.
