Summary

Be guided as you explore and harmonize the masculine and feminine energies within each individual, based on the 7th Hermetic Principle of Gender. It's not about physical gender, but about the balance of active and receptive forces that exist in everyone and everything.

The meditation guides the listener to become aware of these energies within themselves. It encourages them to identify the qualities associated with each: masculine (active, logical, doing) and feminine (receptive, intuitive, being).

It emphasizes that achieving inner balance is key, as an overemphasis on either energy can lead to imbalance. The meditation aims to facilitate a sense of wholeness by encouraging the integration and harmonization of these energies

Hermeticism, attributed to the legendary figure Hermes Trismegistus, is a spiritual and philosophical tradition that has influenced thinkers for millennia. Welcome to episode 3,282 of the daily meditation podcast. I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you to the final episode of this week's series. You have been on a journey of hermetic meditations for mind mastery, following

along with a mystical sage, Hermes Trismagistus. And this is a legendary figure who is considered to have authored the seven key

principles of the philosophy and a form of spirituality of hermeticism.

And hermeticism is considered to be a form of syncretism.

And what this means is that the Hellenistic times when hermeticism was evolving happened to be after the great conquests of Alexander

the great and what evolved was worlds who had completely different gods at that time and ways of life, they synthesized.

So in particular, the Pannical cultures of that time happened to be Greece, ancient Greece, and ancient Egypt.

And so Thoth, T-H-O-T-H, was the God from ancient Egypt that synthesized with the God from ancient Greece, Hermes.

Now this was a new philosophy and spirituality followed by the great thinkers of that time

in Hellenistic period. And in fact, there were seven key principles that emerged from this new philosophy.

Remember, this was something that was very modern and evolutionary during that time.
